I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts, Economics degree from
The University of Massachusetts,1982.

After spending the first year of my business career as an inside marketing representative for New Telephone Company (NYNEX) I began my first straight commission outside sales position with Financial Publishing Company selling book printing to publishers in Boston. I committed myself to a disciplined cold calling system during my 10 years with the firm. This system helped me to build a customer base that provided a top producing territory for our company. I was proud to hand this customer base over my fellow sales people at the time when I decided to leave and move to Tampa with my wife Robin in 1994.

My first ten years in Tampa I applied this same system towards selling office furniture.
During this time I built strong relationships with many business owners and real estate brokers. The benefit of these relationships allowed me to sell millions of dollars of office furniture (reaching by my 3rd year the Hon industries top 5% sales production status in the country). These relationships then helped me enter the commercial real estate market and succeed quickly. My commitment to cold calling has given me the reputation as being a mercenary in the Tampa Bay Commercial Real Estate Market. I am referred difficult assignments, able to execute and deliver results quickly because of my sales tactics.

I am the broker of Turner Cole Company, which I am grateful that I am working with a quality team of likeminded individuals. They bring a lot of talent and energy to their work day.

I have authored 2 books. First “Mercenary Cold Calling Tactics for the Sales Jungle” which shares 12 principles for selling effectively in any economy.
