Jim Lieberthal - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jim began his Brokerage career with Cutler Commercial in January of 2002 specializing in office and office warehouse leasing and sales in the Scottsdale market. Now into his seventh successful year with Cutler, Jim has created a sizable presence in Scottsdale and has established and serviced many high profile customers. In addition, he has leased more than 600,000 square feet of office space, negotiated and closed more than $45 million in sales of commercial buildings, and has established control of a multitude of industrial and office listings that consist of almost 700,000 square feet.

Jim received his Associate Broker’s license in 2004 and continually attends advanced educational seminars and classes to hone his Real Estate, Networking and Customer Service skills. In addition, Jim is a managing investor and entrepreneur who owns several companies that focus on industrial, land and residential properties. He uses his skill-set to research, identify and negotiate each Real Estate transaction which includes purchasing and leasing.
