Jim Hatcher - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jim Hatcher is the Client Marketing Representative for TMJ Property Services, LLC in Houston. Jim is responsible for all aspects of property leasing, client representation and is involved in TMJ Property Services new ventures.

Prior to joining TMJ Property Services Jim was a Field Representative with a Real Estate Foreclosure Company and before entering the real estate field, spent over 20 years in various positions throughout the Western United States managing business for large wine companies.

Jim has excellent communication skills and desires to help his client’s succeed. Whether it be renewing a 1,000 square foot lease or assisting in the sale of a $2,000,000 office/warehouse project, Jim’s clients are confident they are receiving his best effort.
