Jim Brice - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jim Brice joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 1994 and serves as Partner of the Dallas Industrial division. Jim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division as well as focusing on business growth, project leasing and development.

Prior to joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, Jim was employed as Accounting Manager for Trammell Crow Company. Jim began his career as an auditor for a public accounting firm and received his BBA in Accounting from University of Louisiana- Monroe.

Jim is an active member with the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He has been named a Costar Power Broker several times throughout his real estate career. Less
