Jeremy Smitheal - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jeremy Smitheal obtained a BBA with Highest Honors with a dual major in Finance and in Real Estate and an MBA degree at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Riverside Resources, Jeremy was a corporate finance analyst at Bear Stearns, & Co., participating in all aspects of investment banking including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and equity and debt offerings. He has also been active in civic and professional organizations including serving as a Director and Executive Committee member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Associate member of the UT Center for Real Estate Finance, Director of The Nature Conservatory, and Director of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association. Less
