Jeffrey S. Schwartz, managing director, brings an impressive 11 years of experience to every commercial real estate assignment. He has successfully executed more than 500 transactions on behalf of owners and tenants.

Jeffery’s extensive tenant roster includes such prestigious clients as Bally’s Total Fitness, DEUTSCHE Bank AG, Science & Technology News Network, Stratton Oakmont, Inc., G-III Leather Fashions, Weatherproof Garment Company, New York Health & Racquet Club, Roca-Wear, Object Switch, Inc (Kabira Technology), and Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, Inc.

A sought-after owner’s representative as well, Jeffery is part of the leasing team for 1071 Avenue of the Americas, 11 East 26th Street, 34 West 33rd Street, 341-345 West 37th Street and 42 West 39th Street. Jeffrey has also represented building owners such as Max Capital Management.

Several of his assignments on behalf of owners have been recognized for their significance. At 42 West 39th Street, he helped develop a menswear showroom building and entice such high-profile tenants as Perry Ellis International and Tommy Hilfiger. Another specialty building that Jeffrey has helped establish is the Giftware and Home Furnishings Building at 11 East 26th Street which boasts several giftware tenant’s including the high profile company, Jay Strongwater.

Prior to joining Adams & Company in 1999, Jeffery had served as director of James Buslik & Associates, Inc., a New York-based brokerage company founded by James Buslik and David Levy who are now principals of Adams & Company.

Jeffrey is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He also serves on the 23rd Street Association, Inc. Committee and the 23rd Street BID Committee.

Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Economics and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. Less
