Jeff Nelson joined CB Richard Ellis in January of 2004 as an industrial Specialist, teaming up with CB Richard Ellis’s Industrial – First Vice President, Terry Quarterman. Jeff specializes in both Tenant and Landlord Representation and has sold and leased over 3,750,000 total square feet of commercial product in his short tenure with CB Richard Ellis. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Jeff implemented project requirements for The Barton Group, LLC, a real estate development company in Atlanta, Georgia. Before that, Jeff provided logistic solutions for clients at “K” Line America, one of the largest transportation companies in the world.
