Focus: Over the past ten years I have specialized in commercial real estate in the Stemmons Corridor. I track every user and owner of space in this market. Furthermore, I have assisted my clients with their needs throughout Dallas Ft. Worth.

Background and Experience:
I entered the commercial real estate business in March of 1997. Since that time, I have personally negotiated more than 480 transactions including industrial, office, land and investments for over $150 million dollars in total transaction value.

Since October of 2002, I have traced the asking price versus the actual transaction price and I have saved my clients over $6.8 million dollars. I have successfully saved my clients money because I focus on a single product within my market and it is this hyper focus that yields these types of savings and is the core concept of my business.
