Jeff Buslik - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jeff Buslik, a director who specializes in tenant representation and commercial real estate consulting, joined Adams & Co. Sept. 1, 2003. Jeff’s focus is primarily in the midtown region of Manhattan, but has successfully completed transactions in almost every submarket thereof. In Jeff’s short tenure with Adams, he has completed over 100 leasing transactions and is averaging more than 2 closed deals per month.

Motivated by success, Jeff is currently recognized as the fastest producer in Adams’ long history to lease over 1,000,000 square feet, achieving that milestone just after his third full year of employment. Jeff’s skill set doesn’t start or end with leasing. He is a full service real estate professional who see’s thru all projects from strategy development to lease negotiations.

Aside from representing tenants in the market place, Jeff also serves as the exclusive leasing agent for over 750,000 square feet. Here, he represents the interest of Landlords and rarely has vacant space available.

Jeff’s ability to successfully operate on two separate sides of the industry is what gives Jeff his unique insight into deal making and ultimately distinguishes him from the competition.

Recently, in March of 2008, Jeff was selected as one of the “30 under 30” by Real Estate New York. In April of 2006, Jeff was recognized by Real Estate Weekly as one of the “Rising Stars in the Industry”.

Prior to joining Adams & Co., Jeff worked in the Long Island commercial real estate market at Insignia/ESG (now CBRE). Jeff is also a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.

Although highly focused on his customers, Jeff still finds time to volunteer with numerous not-for-profit agencies as well, including the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center; The Urbandove program for at-risk youth; The Boys & Girls Club and The UJA Federation of New York. Jeff also served as a volunteer firefighter in high school.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Less
