Jay D. Shaffer co-founded Colton Commercial & Partners in 2007. He specializes in the investment sales and leasing of commercial office space. Although Jay focuses across the greater bay area, he specializes in the San Francisco market. As a Marin County native, his extensive local experience and relationships in the community has allowed him to expand his client base. With 5 years of brokerage experience Jay began his career in commercial real estate with Arroyo & Coates. Early in 2005, Jay was recruited to the Charles Dunn Company. In 2005, Jay earned Rookie of the Year for Charles Dunn Company. Prior to working in commercial real estate he was the General Manager of Heartwell Golf Course for American Golf Corporation, the Nation’s largest golf management firm.
