Jay Cobble - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jay Cobble, a native Knoxvillian, joined Blue Ridge in May 2006 as a commercial agent where he focuses on tenant representation and site location as well as sales. Jay serves on the Economic and Community Development Committee for the Knoxville Chamber Partnership and is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS. Jay came to Blue Ridge from Highwoods Properties in Memphis and he is also pursuing his education toward the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Jay graduated from the University of Tennessee Magna Cum Laude with a major in finance and collateral in management where he was the president of the Executive Undergraduate Program and served on the College of Business Administration Leadership Team. Jay spent a post-graduate year in the 2PC Fellows Program in Memphis, Tennessee.

Jay volunteers with Young Life at Webb School of Knoxville and is also the assistant swim coach at Webb. He regularly attends Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church and All Souls Church. Less
