Jason has been a member of The Blau & Berg Company since 1992. As a licensed real estate broker and consultant, Jason has served some of the largest corporations and developers in New Jersey. He started within The Blau & Berg Company''''''''s marketing/management department and has since received certification as a SIOR and CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIM is a recognized organization, which specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, assessment valuations and investment analysis forming a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. The certification is earned upon the completion of a graduate level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. He also has achieved SIOR Designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, an esteemed honor awarded to the elite brokers globally. SIOR is a professional organization, nationwide and abroad, of leading elite industrial and office real estate professionals, investment specialists and corporate real estate executives. He is part of an elite group of approximately 400 real estate specialists worldwide who hold the dual designation of CCIM and SIOR.

A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he continues his education at New York University.

Jason is presently responsible for Landlord/Tenant representation totaling over 2,275,000 sq. ft.
