Jason Bollhoefner - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jason Bollhoefner joined Corum Real Estate Group as a Leasing Agent in January 2001 and was promoted to Senior Leasing Agent in 2007. Since his employment with Corum Real Estate Group, Mr. Bollhoefner has personally negotiated and completed leases totaling over 1 million square feet. His clients value his exceptional abilities as a tenacious negotiator who recognizes the key pressure points involved in every leasing transaction, for both the tenants and the landlords he represents. It is the merger of his understanding of tenants’ operational and economic needs with his knowledge of landlord requirements and sensitivities that provides his clients with the utmost in value.



Prior to joining Corum Real Estate Group, Jason attended the University of Colorado where he received his B.S. in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He continues his involvement with the college as a member of the CU Real Estate Council and actively participates in other professional organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties while also serving on the Board of Directors for Brokers Benefiting Kids. Less
