Mrs. Driggers specializes in landlord representation and serves as a leasing agent in Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions Group. She is committed to helping her clients achieve real estate solutions that maximize business performance and enhance profitability. Mrs. Driggers’ wide-ranging real estate expertise includes commercial market analysis, accounting and property management experience.
Mrs. Driggers and her team are responsible for the marketing and leasing of Airport Corporate Center (ACC), one of the foremost business parks in the Airport/West Dade submarket featuring more than one million square feet of office, office/showroom and warehouse space, Doral Corporate Center (DCC), Class A office buildings with a total of approximately 276,000 square feet, and The OMNI Offices, a mixed use development with approximately 400,000 square feet of office space.
Mrs. Driggers has represented Landlords in over 300 transactions with national and local tenants totaling more that 1 million square feet. Throughout her career, she has represented institutional and entrepreneurial owners of office properties.
