James Holden

Jimmy is responsible for overseeing the firm’s property management and engineering platform. During his 12 years with APG, Jimmy has been instrumental in developing the firm’s programs and policies that allow our property management teams to successfully execute the strategic plan for each asset. He is a member of APG’s Partner’s Committee. Prior to joining Atlanta Property Group in 2007, Jimmy was employed by JLL as Vice President/Group Manager. During his seven years at JLL, he managed several large-scale institutional investments in the Atlanta market, including new development projects. He was also responsible for leasing various projects and he served on the region’s new business development team. Jimmy earned a BBA, Finance, and an MBA, Finance & Real Estate, from University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He is a native of Atlanta and lives in Milton, a suburban community north of the city.
