Jack started with Carter in 2005 as an associate in Carter’s Atlanta Transaction Services Group, where he focused on clients in the retail sector. In 2008, Jack transferred to Carter’s Development Team, where he is the Director of Retail Services. Jack’s primary function is to provide leasing and development management services for Carter’s retail and mixed-use projects. He also continues to provide real estate services to Carter clients involved in a wide variety of retail transactions, although he has clients with interests in land, industrial investment and office properties as well. Jack’s clients range from small boutique retail tenants to national franchises and multi-market developers and investors.

Since joining Carter, Jack has been prominently involved with a number of significant transactions across the full range of real estate services.

An Atlanta native, Jack brings strong marketing, communications as well as management and sales experience to Carter.
