JP Hutcheson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

As Vice President, J.P. Hutcheson has responsibility for leasing efforts for a portfolio of assets in Houston. During his tenure with Cassidy Turley, J.P. has represented clients including Shorenstein Realty Services, Lexington Realty Trust, Digital Realty Trust, Myers, Crow & Saviers, Ltd., Hillwood Investments, Sarofim Realty Advisors. Hutcheson averages over 20 transactions a year and has completed over 1.6 million square feet of transactions valued at over $300 million. Mr. Hutcheson holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in Government and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. J.P. is also a member candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM) of America.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, J.P. spent four years as a Leasing Representative for Lincoln Property Company. One of Hutcheson’s leasing assignments included the 1.7 million square foot Wells Fargo Plaza building in Houston’s CBD, the largest multi-tenant office building in the southwestern United States. Less
