Homer’s Real Estate career started as an investor in 1996 while developing a building for his business. This led to a second building in 2001 and a series of small business real estate consulting projects around the country during the past 9 years. Homer recently made the switch to brokerage and is happy to be with CPI. Homer brings a unique perspective to transactions because of his experience of an investor.

Homer and his wife Julie moved to AZ in 1982. They have operated a small business in the Scottsdale Airpark since 1990.

Homer and Julie have been married for 29 years. They have two grown children, and three grandchildren who all live in the North Phoenix area. Less
