Mr. Tangalakis has been with CB Richard Ellis in the industrial division since 1981 when he joined the Fort Lauderdale office. During the past 29 years, Mr. Tangalakis has served the company as both Sales Manager of the Miami, Florida
office and sales leader in the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County market. As a consistent top producer, Mr. Tangalakis has been involved in excess of 600 lease transactions. He has also been involved in the sale of numerous industrial user
buildings/investor buildings and industrial land opportunities for both build-to-suit and speculation. Harry’s extensive background in the various transaction types gives him a wealth of experience and knowledge, which he utilizes in providing superior client service.

SIGNIFICANT ASSIGNMENTS
In 2004, Harry sold the largest industrial building in the history of Broward County, representing the seller; the 543,000 square foot Timco Aviation Building sold for $26 million. To date, Harry has been involved in almost seven million square feet of lease transactions, approximately four million square feet of building sales and has sold over 400 acres of industrial land for an aggregate transaction value of $551,938,145.
