Benji Smith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC. After marrying Nancy Netter, M.D. they relocated to Pennsylvania where Benji began his career in real estate, and earned his pilot’s license.
Benji and his wife moved back to their home state of South Carolina where his real estate career grew as well as his family. The father of 2 active sons, Benji coaches soccer for CESA (Carolina Elite Soccer Academy) and spends personal time teaching the boys how to fish, boat, and throw the perfect castnet.
Since moving to the Upstate, Benji has managed over $700 Million in closed real estate transactions. With Flagship Properties, Benji markets commercial real estate via internet using CoStar, GGAR, Loopnet, Craigslist, and Flagshipsc.com. Building a strong networking base in real estate since 1994, Benji’s greatest marketing strength is networking with his medical, corporate, and retail contacts throughout South Carolina.
