Greg passed the CPA exam in 1980 and worked several years as a public accountant for a major accounting firm before becoming a real estate salesperson in 1982. In 1989, Greg joined forces with his friendly competitor David Cantor, to form Team Resources, Inc. The impetus of Team Resources was to bring the “team” concept to brokerage services, well before this idea became popular amongst many of our competitors. Since then, Greg and David have completed anestimated 300 transactions aggregating some 40,000,000 square feet of space. Greg brings his accounting background to his view of real estate deals, and often helps his clientele to analyze the pros and cons of their various options.
