Gregory Schuster - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Gregory Schuster joined Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2005 to forefront the
third party tenant representation division of the firm. Gregory has successfully leased over
500,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial properties and has performed for both
landlords and tenants based in the region and across the country.
Gregory received his Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Architecture from
the Pennsylvania State University in 1985. After a successful tenure with Burt Hill Kosar
Rittelmann and Associates, a premier architectural and engineering firm, he was invited to
join A.R. Building Company as their Vice President to spearhead both land acquisitions
and design and marketing efforts for a new single-family home division. Gregory has also
gained considerable experience with property management and construction and has been
responsible for operating and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate before getting into
real estate brokerage on a full-time basis.
As a previous member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, Gregory has teamed up with the industry’s best and
brightest. He also enjoys ongoing relationships with national brokerage firms and continues to be referred by CRESA
Partners, Julien Studley, Staubach Company and others not maintaining offices in Pittsburgh.

Gregory is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been awarded “Power Broker of the Year” as one
