Prior to founding Dillon Corporate Services, Inc./CresaPartners in 1993, Greg had represented corporate tenants in Dallas and throughout the country since 1990. He has been involved in over 4,000,000 sf of transactions with such notable clients as GTE, AMEX Financial Advisors, Alliance Capital, SAP America, Seven Rosen Funds, Ensemble Studios, SAIC and Colemont Insurance Brokers.

Greg’s professional credentials include the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1994 from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of Chicago.
Greg is also an active member in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the Dallas Chapter of Young Entrepreneurs Organization and currently serves on the boards for the
College of Arts & Sciences Leadership Board and Alumni Council at the University of Alabama and the Dallas Children’s Museum.
