After 14 years of leasing, buying, and selling industrial and office properties in Colorado, I know, have shaken hands with, or have done business with virtually every major property owner or player in the Denver and greater Metropolitan area. With these contacts and this information, I have the rare vantage point and ability to keep my finger on the pulse of the industrial and office markets with great accuracy. An advantage that has proven very valuable to my clients. I currently have listings and dealings in almost every market and sub-market in the greater Denver area. I know what properties are trading for, what space is leasing for, who is purchasing or purchased property, and what market values are in the Northwest, Southeast, Central, Southwest, and Northeast markets.

I am coming up on my 14th year in this industry, and I look forward to coming to work everyday. I thrive on the competition and challenges that present themselves on a daily basis. Growing up in a family of successful realtors and property owners has taught me that reliability, honesty, persistence, and resourcefulness are the cornerstones of success in this business, and I strive to provide these qualities to every one of my clients. I am a native of Colorado and I plan on remaining here a very long time. My business relationships have been built on years of trust, loyalty, and success, and truth be told, my most effective marketing tools are my own clients.

I have been an active industrial and office specialist in the Denver market since 1993. During this time I have successfully negotiated and executed over 300 leases for both tenants and owners representing millions of square feet of real estate. Brokered the acquisition and disposition of over $150,000,000 worth of real estate, and currently handle (List) approximately 1,000,000 square feet of leasable or sellable real estate. I have been the Top Producer at Unique Properties for 2005 and 2006, and for 2007. I am consistently ranked among the top 10 brokers in the city for industrial and office properties by the Denver Business Journal and the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors. I also own several investment properties myself, which gives me hands on experience in analyzing income and expense data, dealing with cities and counties, protesting taxes, managing tenants, maintaining and operating commercial property, and constantly trying to improve the bottom line.
