Greg Hull - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Hull joined Oxford Chase Retail in 2006. As Director, Mr. Hull represents tenants in market development, site selection and acquisition. He has developed market build plans for national and regional retailers and successfully executed those plans.
Mr. Hull practices a “value added” approach to enhancing landlord property by seeking credit tenant’s at market or better rents.

His tenant accounts have included Kona Grill, Guapos, 2941 Restaurant Group, DesI Furniture, Fractured Prune, Z Pizza and Value Place Hotels. Landlords that Mr. Hull has worked with include Peterson Companies, Greenberg Gibbons Williams Jackson Ewing, KLNB, H&R, Sperry Van Ness and Marlo Furniture. While working for Centres Inc., Mr. Hull focused on land acquisition and early stage development for Office Depot. He has also provided land acquisition services for Lowe’s Home Improvement, OTO Development and Sovran Limited.

Mr. Hull is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a committee member for the ICSC Next Generation Washington DC/Maryland program. He also is a member of the Bethesda chapter of BNI.
