Greg Biggs started at Stream in April 2022 as an Executive Vice President. He is responsible for expanding the firm’s tenant representation business in Dallas and Fort Worth. He specializes in structuring complex build-to-suits, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions for office properties. Greg brings more than 32 years of commercial real estate experience in the Dallas market. Before joining Stream, he served as Director of Development for Cawley Partners. Greg has held roles with real estate companies including JLL, Cassidy Turley, and Cushman & Wakefield throughout his career and has worked with clients including AmerisourceBergen, Epsilon, and Encana Oil & Gas. D CEO Magazine has recognized him multiple times as a “Power Broker,” and Dallas Business Journal has named him a “Heavy Hitter.”
