Glenn Kolker - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Prior to joining Cassidy Turley in mid-2011, Glenn was a Senior Vice President with Carter and Carter’s Top Leasing Broker in 2009 and 2010 - establishing a proven track record of providing the best real estate solutions for some of Atlanta’s premier Landlords.

With over 15 years of experience in project leasing, Glenn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in leasing both general office and medical office buildings - specialized services include developing marketing strategies/materials, implementation of marketing and leasing budgets, lease negotiation, financial analysis and facilitating tenant improvements. Currently, his team is responsible for leasing more than 1.5 million square feet on behalf of Cassidy Turley clients.

Glenn was previously affiliated with Childress Klein Properties for 13 years, where he named a partner in the firm, with primary responsibility for marketing and leasing its suburban office portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet. His experience also includes tenant brokerage services while at Cushman & Wakefield and Ackerman & Co.
