Glenn Kolker - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Glenn came to Carter in 2008 as senior vice president of the project leasing team, bringing a wealth of experience in leasing and selling both general office and medical office buildings. Glenn is responsible for leasing more than 1.4 million square feet on behalf of Carter and its clients.

Prior to joining Carter, Glenn was with Childress Klein Properties for almost 13 years. He was a partner in the firm, with primary responsibility for marketing and leasing its suburban office portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet. Additionally, he played an active role in the firm’s new office developments and joint ventures. Before becoming a partner, he served as marketing principal for five years. Glenn’s experience also includes tenant brokerage services while at Cushman & Wakefield and Ackerman & Co.
