Experience:
For more than ten years, Gavin held the position of Real Estate Director for one of New Jersey's major developers overseeing the leasing and marketing of a 3.5 million square foot portfolio of industrial and office properties. From small industrial deals to major build to suit projects, Gavin gained a unique perspective and understanding of the entire real estate transaction that benefits his clients today.

His experience includes office and industrial leasing representing both property owners and tenants including K. Hovnanian Companies, Wells Fargo, Stop & Shop, Ingersoll-Rand, Comcast, and Steelcase Inc. Gavin has also represented companies and assisted them in the process of selecting and acquiring existing buildings as well as purchasing unimproved land and worked with his clients to obtain the necessary approvals to build. He takes pride in his high rate of repeat business with existing clients.

Gavin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and two German Shepherds. He enjoys road and mountain biking, snowboarding and spending time in Vermont. He competes in triathlon and endurance racing.
