Gary Lee - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Gary is the senior vice president of Carter’s Investment Sales Advisory group. He advises property owners on the recapitalization of their investments via an outright sale, refinance or sale of an equity interest in their asset. With broad experience in office, medical office, land, retail and industrial properties, Gary combines real time capital market knowledge with significant transactional expertise to ensure that owners are maximizing the economic potential of their investments, and selecting the most appropriate buyer, lender or partner to work with.

With 15 years of experience in the private capital sector of real estate, Gary has played a role in real estate transactions worth over $1 billion. Prior to joining Carter with his partner Andrew Murphy, Gary and Andrew spearheaded the creation of CB Richard Ellis’ Atlanta Private Capital Group, focusing on the office and medical office market.
