Gabriel Spector - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Gabe was formerly the Director of Acquisitions for Pitcairn Properties and brings more than 15 years of acquisitions, finance/equity structuring, and valuation experience to Maguire & Partners Property Group ("M&PPG"). Gabe has also held Director of Acquisitions positions at The Rubenstein Company, a Mid-Atlantic private REIT and Balanced Capital, an investment firm that provided equity for real estate and venture capital opportunities via syndications with high net worth individuals. In addition, Gabe spent several years at GE Capital where he performed workouts and loan/equity origination. Gabe is currently involved with both acquisitions and the strategic review of each asset within M&PPG’s existing portfolio as well as the implementation of developed strategies.


Gabe holds an M.B.A. in real estate finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. from Emory University. Gabe and his wife, Ellen, live in Wynnewood with their two children. Less
