Fred Scott - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Scope of Service Experience
In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Fred was the founder, president and CEO of His Choice, Inc. retail stores. While serving as president, Fred led the store’s operations and management, including mall leasings, the promotion of corporate strategies and the training of sales and service staff members.

Fred also served as an associate professor of business at Iowa Western Community College where he taught courses in managerial finance, marketing and legal concepts. He served as adjunct professor of managerial finance at Nebraska Wesleyan University and has been a guest lecturer at both the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Grace University. In addition to teaching, Fred created the Center for Business and Management Development for Iowa Western Community College, which assisted business owners in designing specialized seminars based on company needs and analyses.

Today, Fred practices management consulting, site selection, new site buildouts, financing, leasing and the marketing of business images and concepts.


Education
Fred earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University and a Master of Business degree from the University of Iowa. He continued his graduate studies at the University of Missouri.
