Frank Caccavo joined C&W in 1989 as an industrial broker and has specialized in industrial real estate for the past 24 years. Mr. Caccavo has represented clients in acquisitions and/or dispositions of over 50 million sf valued in excess of $2.5 billion.

Mr. Caccavo’s clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to local and regional companies. He currently represents Iron Mountain Records Management as their real estate services provider. Mr. Caccavo’s experience spans all aspects of industrial real estate brokerage, including acquisition of land, build-to-suit and existing facilities, and the disposition of surplus properties as well as investment sales.

Mr. Caccavo is consistently among the top ten industrial brokers in New Jersey. In 1998 through 2007, he was the recipient of C&W’s “Top Industrial Producer” in the Eastern Region of the country and in 1999, received C&W’s “Service Excellence Award”. Over the past 10 years, he has ranked among C&W’s “Top 100 Brokers”, “Top 10 Industrial Brokers” and in 2001 was the Top Industrial Producer in the country.

Mr. Caccavo attended Iowa State University, Seton Hall University and NYU’s School of Continuing Education.

He resides in Rumson with his wife Laurie and daughters Victoria, Amanda, Alexandra and Julia. Less
