Fran Delgorio - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Fran Delgorio is a 25 year veteran in the commercial real estate sector. In June 2009 she joined Jack Resnick & Sons, Inc., as Managing Director. Her background includes expertise in institutional investment, corporate real estate, strategic planning and leasing.

A full service real estate organization, Jack Resnick & Sons has been an industry leader in development, construction, ownership and management since it’s founding in 1928. Its New York City portfolio currently includes approximately six million square feet of commercial office space, including its signature office tower at 110 East 59th Street. It also has developed thousands of luxury residences and continues to own, manage and lease approximately 1,000 rental apartments.

Ms. Delgorio was previously a Sr. Vice President of Leasing and Marketing with Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation in New York and has held positions with Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. as Director of Leasing and Marketing for an office portfolio previously owned by the General Motors Pension Fund in White Plains, New York. She has also held positions with Prudential Insurance Company of America as a national Director of Real Estate Operations and Sibag Investments, a former investment division of Siemens, A.G., as Portfolio Manager for both investment and corporate housed properties.

She is a summa cum laude graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Marketing as well as a Master of Science degree from New York University’s Shack Institute’s Real Estate Development and Finance program. She is the 2007-2008 past president of Association of Real Estate Women (AREW), the 2005 recipient of AREW's Founder's Award and has also served as Chairperson of AREW’s Charitable Fund.
