Erik Christopher - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Erik Christopher was appointed Senior Vice President of Leasing - Development in March 2008. He had served as Vice President of Development Leasing for the company since August 2006.

Mr. Christopher is responsible for and manages the leasing efforts for Developers Diversified's development properties.

He previously worked for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), where he was vice president of leasing. Prior to that, he was vice president of leasing and development at Newman Development Group. He also has experience on the retail side of the real estate business, having worked in the real estate department of Gap, Inc., as a senior real estate representative covering the Northeast.

Mr. Christopher is a graduate of Towson University in Towson, Maryland, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Christopher also serves on the Board of Applewood Centers, Inc, a non-profit agency providing behavioral health services. Less
