Eric Clancy - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Eric Clancy serves as Executive Vice President and is a shareholder of Delta Development Group. One of his key roles is running the business operations of the corporation, focusing on making sure the team has every resource it needs to serve clients. Eric also leads the management team and the annual strategic planning exercise.

Eric brings nearly 15 years of experience in business development, commercial banking, and financial services to the firm. Prior to joining Delta, Eric served 11 years with Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, reaching the position of Vice President, commercial lending. His responsibilities included developing financial relationships with businesses having broad needs, including credit and investment matters. He previously served as a financial analyst with Chase Manhattan Corporation in New York.

Through many efforts in regional economic development and community affairs, Eric gained valuable leadership experience. He served three terms as Chairman and was a board member of Central Pennsylvania’s Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority from the fall of 1997 through 2008. Eric led the 15-member board in all policy and planning considerations encountered by an operating authority, including a new $250 million terminal and intermodal facility at Harrisburg International Airport. The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority operates the Harrisburg International, Capital City, and Franklin County Regional airports.

Previously, Eric served as Chairman of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce and as a member of several of its committees. He is a board member on the West Shore Advanced Life Support Services, Inc., and presently serves as Vice Chairman of the Holy Spirit Health System affiliate. Eric provided local leadership for the area's Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRACC) response in 1993 and was involved in the region's BRACC Committee for Cumberland County.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Messiah College, Eric attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He was appointed to the Messiah College Alumni Association Board in 1986, serving as Board Chairman from 1989 through 1992. In 1993, he was awarded the Young Alumnus Achievement Award.
