Enrique Constante brings his dynamic professionalism to the New York real estae arena. As a Manhattan-based licensed real estate broker associate, he offers a wide variety of consulting services to his clients who are actively pursuing investments in real estate. Enrique specializes in acquisition, cash flow analysis, leasing and management for portfolios of corporate firms, private companies and individuals, both in the United States and globally.
As an excellent negotiator, with a strong knowledge of global market opportunities, and through his close overseas affiliates, Enrique has the ability to identify and secure his clients' specific objectives and also provide valuation analysis and asset management of commercial properties in Latin America and Europe. Commercial transactions have included a 50,000 sq. ft. rentable space and a commercial office valued at $30 million.
Enrique's training and educational background includes the successful comkpletion of the Steven C. Newman Real EState Institute program at Baruch College. He was proud to be awarded "Rookie of the Year" in 2004 and took first place for the Sales Professional Award in commercial GCI in New York in 2005. His multilingual communication skills provide the ability to work well with clients from Europe and Latin America.
On a personal level, Enrique has completed the New York, Long Island and Boston marathons, enjoys competitive tennis and also cycling in Central Park.
