Background & Experience

Enn began his career in the commercial real estate business in 1988 at Gerber/Somma Associates, a small investment real estate brokerage company. During his 12 year tenure, he learned the business from the ground floor up; he solicited exclusive listings from prospective apartment building sellers and qualified buyers with whom he could structure creative and sensible transactions. In addition, he assisted clients in obtaining financing from various financial institutions. In March 2001, Enn was recruited and joined Marcus and Millichap. As a Senior Investment Associate and a Director of the National Multi-Housing Group, he facilitated the development and expansion of multi-family building sales throughout the state of New Jersey. In 2007, Enn formed his own company. During this period, he developed an extensive multi-family database thereby enhancing his relationship with area ownership while continuing to broker investment transactions. In March 2009, bringing his combined knowledge and experience, Enn joined NAI James E. Hanson to launch their Multi-Family Group.
