Eli began his New York real estate career in 2006 after long-time friend, Jonathan Bakhash, convinced him to move from Maryland and join him at his fledging company, Living Real Estate Group. Since then, Living has grown tremendously and Eli has helped over 150 companies find new offices in Manhattan.

Eli believes the first step to helping someone is to put yourself in their shoes and being an owner of a small business helps him do that. Eli takes pride in introducing tenants to spaces that will enhance their businesses and landlords that take care of their buildings.
