Elesa Doll began her affinity with real estate in 1990 when she negotiated the purchase of her first home. She gained knowledge and skill while selling and acquiring subsequent properties and working from a client standpoint with property management companies. A landlord herself, Elesa is adept at
tending to details and using good judgement. Since 1998 Elesa’s personal involvement in commercial real estate developments, including multi-family housing and retail properties, allow her innate aptitude for this industry to evolve. Elesa became a licensed broker in October 2007 and her focus is the commercial sector. Elesa lives in Salem with her husband and two daughters and brings a network of business contacts from all areas of the Willamette Valley to our Coldwell Banker Commercial family. Less
