A native of Gastonia NC, Eddie Blair graduated from East Carolina University in 1972 with a BS/BA in Business with a Concentration in Real Estate. He moved to Cary in 1975 and has held a North Carolina Real Estate License since 1985 when he began his career in real estate. Eddie earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1993. He is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, the North Carolina CCIM Chapter, and the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. His commercial real estate practice is primarily focused in the Raleigh / Cary / Research Triangle Park Region of North Carolina.
