Ed Pepper - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Ed is in his 29th year with Shames-Makovsky Realty Company as a broker associate, and was a part owner of the firm. He is now in a semi-retired status. Ed’s career has specialized in the sales and leasing of industrial property. Manufacturing and distribution customers of both national and local interests have been Ed’s focus. Repeat business has been testimony to Ed’s ability to get the job done for his customers and principals.

A Denver native, Ed and Marilyn, his wife of 42 years, have two grown children living out of state, a son in California and a daughter in Virginia. A Viet Nam era veteran, serving as an officer in the Naval Reserve, Ed spent three and a half years on active duty. Upon returning to civilian life in 1965, Ed went back to school and received an MSBA degree in management from the University of Denver, where his undergraduate degree, prior to the military service, was also completed.

Before his association with Shames-Makovsky, Ed was employed by several local firms in management capacities of manufacturing, sales, and financial planning. He was a part owner of a small manufacturing firm with national distribution, as Sales Vice President, and part owner of a medical equipment business as Secretary/Treasurer.
