Before joining Northwinds Commercial Realty Dylan worked at Caldwell Companies where, after three and a half years after joining Caldwell as an Intern, he became Vice President of Brokerage.
Since moving to Houston Dylan has demonstrated dedication to the community through involvement in leadership positions in organizations that are actively working to promote and benefit the Houston region.
Dylan was named one of Houston’s “Top Young Guns Under 30” by Black’s Guide in 2009. He also received numerous awards at his previous company including, intern of the year, largest deal award twice and most number of transactions thee times. He was the 2008-09 Chairman of the Young Professional Network of North Houston. Dylan is a graduate of the 2008-09 Leadership North Houston class, where he served as a member of the organization’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors. Dylan also serves on the Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Most recently, Dylan received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
In his spare time, Dylan leads an active lifestyle. He is an avid skier, biker, runner, and rock and ice rock climber. He often puts his running, biking and swimming skills to the test in charitable triathlon events; and frequently participates in community Fun Runs, 10K races and Marathons.
