Don Schmidt

Don Schmidt joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2016. His primary focus is Office and Industrial sales and sale-leasebacks in Wisconsin, but he also serves clients buying all asset types, both locally and nationally. Prior to M&M, Don worked at two other Milwaukee area commercial real estate firms, gaining extensive expertise in leasing and owner-occupied transactions. That experience makes him well-qualified to fully analyze investment opportunities for both Buyers and Sellers. Don earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and resides with his wife and three children in Brookfield, WI.
