Rents at Drydock Center are 60-70 % lower than comparable facilities at comparable locations such as Kendall Square, Cambridge or Longwood Medical Center, Boston.

Suburban buildings may have competitive rents to Drydock Center but rarely do these suburban buildings compare in infrastructure to Drydock Center and certainly their locations are not strategically comparable to Drydock Center.
Drydock Center has ample on-site parking; views from the building are of downtown Boston, Boston’s harbor and Logan Airport. The building has been extensively modernized and is highly efficient; freight & passenger elevators, & loading docks. The Silver Line stops directly in-front of the building and highway access in all directions is within 5 blocks.
