Debbie Myers - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Debbie Myers, Executive Vice President, joined Newmark Associates, Inc. in 1999 after a successful career as Vice President for a major clothing manufacturer. Her responsibilities in that capacity were national and she was accountable for several million dollars in sales volume throughout the United States. Since joining Newmark Associates, Ms. Myers has demonstrated a talent and understanding for setting strategy and creatively structuring transactions. Her varied experience has included land assemblage, office, retail and industrial sales and leasing. In one of her notable transactions, Ms. Myers represented Mercedes Benz of Morristown in their purchase of a sales and service facility (approximately 136,000 sq. ft. on 14 acres in Morris Township). Her ability to identify and execute opportunities in the marketplace has made her an exceptional asset to her customers and clients. Ms. Myers also represented the purchaser in a Livingston, New Jersey transaction that comprised 13 acres of land which had been on the market for several years. She used a creative and resourceful approach in bringing the transaction to fruition. Ms. Myers repeat and referral business is testimony to the quality of service and intelligence brought to each project.

Most recently Ms. Myers exclusively represented ownership of a 60,000 sq. ft. office building in Bernardsville. Through her marketing efforts and expert positioning of the asset, the building, formerly with a 90% vacancy was leased to multiple tenants.

She has been responsible for envisioning and executing a complex land assemblage in Fanwood resulting in the redevelopment of prime real estate across from the Fanwood Train Station. This transaction, among many others, demonstrates her ability to creatively bring varied business interests together, negotiating skillfully, to accomplish the desired result.

Ms. Myers has achieved the level of Executive Vice President, the highest level of expertise in the firm.

Among Ms. Myers community involvements, she is actively involved with the Friendship Circle / Soccer Circle.
