Dean Nix - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Nix is responsible for leasing the corporation’s Birmingham office portfolio and other third party properties. His other responsibilities include the coordination of all marketing and public relations efforts. Mr. Nix is Past President of the Alabama Chapter of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Nix is a Life Member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and in 2002 was named the Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club “Top Producer” in the Sales and Leasing Division. Prior to joining Harbert Realty, he worked with a local commercial real estate company and served as Leasing Manager for Daniel Realty Corporation.
