W Commercial & Development was formed by David Warren to serve as a vehicle for viable and sustainable Brokerage and Development in Atlanta.

David has achieved membership in the real estate industry's Million Dollar Club for every year he's been a licensed Realtor. His real estate experience includes both residential and commercial, from new construction and resale to the leasing of shopping centers and urban land deals. Specializing in working with developers from acquisition to disposition, David provides his clients with the expertise of a CCIM candidate who understands not only the numbers of commercial real estate but also the desires of the consumers.

Warren graduated from the University of Texas in 1997 with a BS in Radio-Television-Film. He began his career producing award-winning television programs and promotions at Spelling Television, Hallmark Hall of Fame, and Cartoon Network, but his passion for real estate began while still in college. The early 1990s New Urbanism movement in Austin stoked his interests in furthering quality urban development.

David is an active member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has lived in Atlanta since 1999. His thorough knowledge of the in town market has consistently benefited his clients to insure their projects in revitalizing communities are profitable ones.
