David Lucivero - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

David Lucivero joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in January, 2004 as a commercial real estate broker. His main concentration is in the retail investment division of Hayes & Sherry.

Recent deals include the sale of Smithfield Commons Shopping Center in Smithfield, Rhode Island for $8 million dollars, and the sale of six Citizen Bank branches for $10 million dollars. David is also responsible for identifying and acquiring sites for Gershman Brown & Associates on behalf of CVS in Rhode Island, Connecticut and southeastern Massachusetts.

Mr. Lucivero was formerly employed as a financial analyst for the commercial real estate division of Bank Rhode Island in Providence, Rhode Island where he was responsible for evaluating financial investment information and analyzing clients’ credit.

Mr. Lucivero is a graduate and active alumnus of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts where he graduated in 2001.

Mr. Lucivero is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Less
