David Kaye
Facilities Consultant primarily in Health Care and Biotech facilities.
David Kaye is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has received advanced technical training and education from the Department of Defense, Georgia Institute of Technology, OSHA, the International Faacilities Management Association and the Association of Energy Engineers. His background in facilities management and construction spans more than 40 years including a career in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, senior positions at two major research universities and more than 16 years in a senior facilities position at a not-for-profit research institution. He holds professional certifications from several organizations. David has been a facilities management practitioner for most of his career and has received numerous awards from employers as well as municipalities. Moving to the commercial real estate business was a logical career progression.
