David Grubbs - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

David Grubbs is Managing Principal and Broker-in-Charge of the firm’s Charleston, SC office. David Founded Vanguard Development Group which joined operations with NAI Avant to form the firm’s office in the Charleston market. David has been actively involved in the development, brokerage and management of commercial real estate since 1993, having previously served as a project manager for Charter Capital in Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina and as a regional partner for RealtiCorp in Charleston for ten years.
In 2003, David also formed a medical office development group focusing on site selection and turn-key development services for physician groups. His land planning and entitlement experience combined with his experience with medical and dental practitioners are valuable components in his role as a member of the Avant Healthcare group within NAI Avant.

David is a graduate of Hampden - Sydney College and is a member of the National and Charleston Trident Associations of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Carolina Yacht Club, Charleston Club, and St. Phillip's Church. Less
